Privacy and Commitment
Sinn Tecnologia, a private company that has been in the market for 10 years, is and has always been committed to protecting its clients' privacy. This "Privacy Policy" was written to demonstrate our commitment to the secure use of information in our solutions.
1. PRIVACY AGREEMENT
Our privacy policy applies to the solutions developed by Sinn Tecnologia and does not apply to any third-party solution whatsoever. When you use our solutions, we will likely need to collect personal, or even sensitive, information so that your experience is as complete as possible. Such information, when collected, will only be used after your explicit consent, and you will be assured of and informed about how it will be used.
Your privacy will always be respected, and you will be entirely free to inform us, at any time, when your consent ends and we no longer have your authorization to use your information, thereby terminating your access to our solutions.
When using our solutions and thereby choosing to register in our Sinn.id system, you will be required to submit personally identifiable information, which may include your first and last name, e-mail address and mobile phone number, among others. You will create an access password and receive a public/private key pair so that we can ensure that communication between our solutions is secure and encrypted. Depending on the solution you contract, it may be necessary to collect billing information; however, this information will not be stored on our servers.
Please remember that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Information you register on our Sinn.id identification platform. Inaccurate information will affect your use of the resources we provide, as well as our ability to offer you the best possible experience, as described in this Privacy Agreement.
2. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
It is important to make clear that, even if you do not register with Sinn.id but still use any of our solutions, we will collect anonymous information about your use of our solutions, namely:
A. Cookies
We use "cookies" to personalize your experience with our solutions. Cookies are used to manage session identifiers and to verify the authenticity of your access to those of our services that require authentication by e-mail and password.
Technically, cookies are small computer files written to your hard drive that contain basic information such as your session identifier and the Google Analytics identifier, which analyzes the activities you performed while using any of our solutions.
Should we use any third-party service that also needs to manage cookies, that procedure is likewise governed by our privacy policy, and those cookies will be used only to provide us with aggregate anonymous data and non-personal information related to the use of our services.
B. Traffic data
We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our website and/or use our solutions or services:
- (1) Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses;
- (2) domain servers;
- (3) types of computers and/or mobile devices accessing the applications or website.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. Registration
ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION IS MANAGED AND STORED BY OUR SINN.ID IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM. This system was designed to secure and isolate your information in a kind of data VAULT, above all to comply with the rules and laws in force in Brazil and abroad. Sinn.id complies with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD).
So that you can enjoy all the features of our solutions and services, we ask you to provide some Personal Information. This includes contact details such as your first and last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, access password and billing information, where applicable.
We will use the personal information you provide to ensure the proper use of our solutions and to send you messages, notices and news about our solutions.
You may choose not to provide any personal information. In that case, however, you will only be able to use the features we offer free of charge and on a trial basis.
4. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
By choosing to use our products and services, we reserve the right to use your personal data to send you information about our products and services, and to contact you when necessary, including sending subscription verification e-mails. We may use your traffic data to personalize and tailor your experience with our solutions and services.
From time to time, it may be necessary to share your personal information and traffic data with partners who assist us with essential services related to our operations. In that case, after your consent, our partners will be required to maintain the same standards of security and confidentiality that we guarantee you in this Privacy Agreement, and they will use your personal information only to fulfill obligations specific to our solutions and services.
We reserve the right to transfer your personal and non-personal information to another company in the event of a sale, merger or acquisition. In that case, you will be notified and must choose whether to continue or cancel your use of our solutions and services.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
Our solutions and services may display advertisements containing links to other websites and/or applications with which we have a prior agreement and with full regard for your security. Nevertheless, we make it clear that we do not share your personal information with third-party applications without your consent.
For the safety of our users, our solutions will not display advertisements or links to inappropriate content of any kind.
6. SECURITY
The personal information we collect is stored on a secure, password-protected server, and only authorized persons have access to it. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when receiving and transferring personal information. However, despite our efforts, no transmission over the Internet or a mobile network, and no other method of data storage, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. With this in mind, we have contingency procedures that can be applied whenever there is an indication of a failure or leak.
7. OPTION TO STOP RECEIVING COMMUNICATIONS
You may choose not to receive communications from Sinn Tecnologia. In that case, follow the instructions included in each communication, or contact us by e-mail at: contato@sinn.com.br
8. DATA TRANSFER AND STORAGE
Sinn Tecnologia is a Brazilian company, but the collection and storage servers integrated into our system may be located anywhere in the world. Even if you are not in Brazil, by using our solutions and services you agree to the transfer of your data to the server, inside or outside Brazil.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to change this privacy agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. Upon any change to this privacy agreement, we will publish the amended agreement in this same location and send the update by electronic message.
